Our Mission
The staff of the Progressive Women's Association and volunteers of the Clarksburg Winterfest strive to provide a unique and fun experience for families in north central WV and beyond to celebrate Winter and the coming Holiday Season.
Our Sponsor
The Progressive Women’s Association is a non-profit organization made up of members from high school graduates thru senior citizens. We are the caretakers of the Uptown Event Center that houses a food pantry and pet food pantry. PWA provides programs for our community. We also honor and host the Women of Distinction program.
